Brain lint

1. Seventeen days until I defend
2. Thirteen writing and editing days until I make prints of my dissertation for the, you know, defense.
3. Since I downloaded Windows SP2, I can't get to my msn page
4. Can I take a nap?
5. When suffering brain-drain, no amount of coffee can save you
6. 171 pages down, no idea how many left to go.

I'm not complaining, I'm making excellent - very good - progress. But damn, am I ever pooped.

Halloween. Crazy. For years, I've wanted to go to a real Halloween party and dress in a fantastic costume.

So far, no dice.

I want to wear the Leia get-up, but I'm probably too short. Maybe a Queen EI costume. Cleavage, cinched waist. . . shortness and rounded bits would be under piles of skirting.

I dream.

i know you'll have the strength to get through the coming days...and come out of it with what you were seeking...as for SP2...could it be the evil windows firewall that is to blame...you might try shutting it down...just to see.

Two things one i wanted to mention how sp2 is the work of lucifer.... i ended up reinstalling everything and leaving it out...

And two.. Go for leia !! The point of fancy dress is not to be serious... im at a toga party on friday... Ive even got my "troy" breastplate !! *Giggles*
