Keeping it together

Considering the way things have been going lately, I'm inclined to believe him.
These people are going to drive me to drink!
*sigh*
The refi is a-rolling. I compared the prices on title companies and appraisers and my broker and I decided (a) that I maybe got a little hosed by my last mortgage broker, and (b) that I did NOT get hosed by my appraiser or title company. So thanks to my smart shopping, I just shaved a few bucks off of my closing costs. *crossing fingers*
Anyway, I have to get back to my students. They're both calling me now. My cell prep is calling me, too. It has been doing so for two hours, but I haven't had the 30 minutes to spare to deal with them.
Argh.
