I must have a great phone voice

Customer service guys love me! No, really. They do. I called Sprint last night because I was having a little trouble online with the website. Long story short, my September bill is going to be a wee bit high. . . oopsie . . . due to a bit of over usage during the "daytime" hours. So after speaking with the young man who answered my call, I had changed my plan.
I asked about changing the hour of the night-time minutes from 9pm to 8pm, but he said he was sorry, it couldn't be done. That was a special offer for only certain customers. Awww, it seems I'm not special enough.
Heh.
This afternoon, I was trying again to sign onto sprintpcs.com and found the website to be down completely, and telling me my password was incorrect. I called the sprint customer service line again, hoping to check my password and my estimated bill. I spoke with Mike, who seemed to take a liking to me right away. Banter banter banter.
Well, I thought, let's try asking about that 8pm time, shall we?
Granted!
Let's mention that I have a boyfriend, and see how that flies.
Oooo, disappointment! "Oh. Well, goodbye then! Hahaha, just kidding!"
Yeah, Mike. I can see why you like your job so much. Me? I'm just a nice person on the phone, and I wind up getting what I want.
Works fer me.
