Waiting sucks

bronwynrhWaiting for chairs so we can move to the new space. Waiting for my coworker to tell our PI that he wants to move to the new space, too, so that we can move to the new space. But we have to wait for our PI to be available first. So we wait. *taps foot*
I ain't movin' down there to be in no romper room, no way, no how! But to be down there with my good buddy, now that's downright cool! He wants to go. He's excited to go. Let's hope Clay's cool with it.
Waiting for Friday morning, 7am. That's when my flight leaves for. . . Grand Cayman!! Ohmygodohmygodohmygod I wannageouddaheresobadIcouldjustscream!

Yes, I need a vacation. I need it badly.
Waiting for mother nature to leave me the heck alone. She's stayed around far too long this time, and I've had quite enough of her. I don't plan on taking her on vacation.
Waiting for colonies grow.
Waiting for the nervous little twitch in my tummy to go away. Maybe that'll ease once some of the other things I'm waiting for are done and out of the way. I sure hope so. I seem to be able to fret and worry about just about everything - or just about everything that comes my way is worrisome, I don't know which.
At least I'm mostly caught up on MegaDeath reimbursements. I'm only waiting for the latest $211.xx refill charge now. Oy.
Lessee. . . I need to find a bigger bag to pack for Cayman, pick up some contact solution and stop by the bank to make a deposit and to get some money for the trip. I wish I were already there.
As one of my new friends said, I don't want to GO on vacation, I want to BE on vacation!
