Ambitious, aren't we?
Jan. 27th, 2004 09:23 amThis is totally the wrong time to be thinking about this, what with the swift approach of my 6-month committee meeting, the manuscript in my hands and the thesis at my fingertips. . .
I really want to study for the Patent Bar Exam.
Stop looking at me like that. I really want to do it!
I don't have to go to law school to become a patent agent. I don't want to be a patent attorney. . . but to be qualified as a patent agent would make me extra-super-qualified for just about anything I might ever want to do. What a shame the home study courses cost more than I make in a month, and you have to return some of the course materials within two weeks of the earliest exam date. Looks as though I won't be studying for either of the 2004 exams.
Heh. No shit, Sherlock. I'll just keep dreaming and maybe I'll be able to go for it in 2005.
For now, I'll get back to work on the manuscript. We want to submit it tomorrow morning :-)
