I'm laughing at this, but it's terrible. Holy cow, I wonder if Mississippi's Democrats know about this - especially Mississippi's non-white Democrats. George Dale is the speaker in this lovely little piece. He's the Mississippi Democratic state insurance commissioner, which means that he's a party official, involved in making big decisions - such as who will be chair of the MS Dem. Party.

Are Democrats going to hear this and rip his head off the way they did (and rightly so) Republican Trent Lott's? If I had the time, I'd find a clip of Lott's comment for your personal enjoyment and effective comparison. . . if any of you find it, or a transcript or quotation, let me know and I'll post it.
