Ok, so the grocery store thing still hasn't happened. . . Don't quite know when it WILL happen.
I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to work sleeping, eating and oh yeah the grocery store and a doctor's appointment at 10am on Friday around my next 96-hour-with-12-hour-time-points experiment. sigh
I have two Nutrigrain bars, a can of cashew nuts, some fruit cocktail cups and apple sauce and a Slim-Fast that I can have for lunch. Lunch. That's just not an appropriate word to apply to the list foodstuffs I just rattled off, is it? Hell, is "foodstuffs" an appropriate word?
There's a seminar at 4 today, so I can't leave early. I ordered pizza last night, so I do have leftovers. THE BIG QUESTION - Does she put off the store just one more night? Hmmmm. No, because tomorrow night is lab meeting and that means I won't leave here until about 6:30 or 7. Crapper-doodle. So it's tonight or never.
You know, this shouldn't be so hard. But my biggest problem is that once I get there, I don't even know what the hell to buy. I'm so fed up with eating the same things, but I'm too tired to cook anything different for myself. Besides which, good food costs $$ Erg.
Well, now that THAT'S out of the way. . . I can get back to business - I figured y'all may have been tired of the Sunday post, if you were even looking :-)

Date: February 26th, 2003 09:56 am (UTC)And pasta mac n cheese tuna fish salad pasta repeat for dinner - blech! Twice now, I've snapped and gone for Hormel chili over Fritos - that's right, boys and girls, Frito pie. Complete freshly grated cheese and Breakstone's sour cream. I justified it because each time, the only other thing's I'd eaten those days were a piece of fruit and a powdered drink.
Anyway. . .
