I'm dealing with the serious stuff of life in other places and forums. Here, today, I wanted to share with those very few of you who drop by a little something that another LJ friend shared with me. I hope you don't mind, Cool!

These 10 questions originally came from a French series, "Bouillon de Culture" hosted by Bernard Pivot.

My answers were as follows. . .

1: Utopia, in honor of the memory of my cousin.
2: cunt
3: Musical harmonies and rhythms keep me going when nothing else will.
4: Discouraging words that plant the seeds of self-doubt.
5: I'm told that I use the word shit most often. When I'm feeling playful, I like to say fuckadoodledoo :-)
6: I love the sound of water as it flows in a stream, laps against the hull of a boat, washes the edges of a shore, or crashes down in a falls. So I guess the sound of natural water flows :-)
7: I hate the sound of snoring.
8: I want to be an astronaut.
9: I would never want a career where my work profit-driven.
10: "I tried to tell you. You're lucky I'm not going to hold that whole atheist thing against you. Come on in."

That is exactly where it came from. I am doing a post on Hollyweird Hollywood and I always watch the Actor's Studio and I thought it would make a perfect post...got some good responces also. :-)

You certainly did get some good responses! Interesting that several people shared the same dislike for the "c" word :-)

My friends list is tiny in comparison to yours. I don't expect many responses at all, but I wanted to catalogue it for myself. So it's now on my permanent. record.

I have also been on LJ going on my second year. It was originally my stories that brought people to my journal, I didn't even know at the beginning of writing that other's could read what I wrote. *dork me* I have some really wonderful people on my journal and they all stay in contact, I am happy. :-)

Money.

2. What is your least favorite word?
Four least favorite words, strung together: "Let's just be friends."

3. What turns you on creatively, spiritually or emotionally?
Interesting music, good coffee, the blackness of 2 a.m., fascinating old buildings, and people with good stories. Especially good stories that involve monkeys! (giggles)

4. What turns you off?
Cooked vegetables. Retail queens. Realizing that I'm not even dressed well enough to *shop* for new clothes in certain stores. Getting dirt under my fingernails. Sweating.

5. What is your favorite curse word?
I love them all equally.

6. What sound or noise do you love?
"May I help you, Sir?"

7. What sound or noise do you hate?
Garbage trucks at 8 a.m. The yap of small, pug-faced dogs. "I don't care what we do tonight, why don't you decide?" *screams*

8. What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
I wanna be a mystery writer.

9. What profession would you not like to do?
Accountant, or anything else that involves math.
