bronwynrhI'm dealing with the serious stuff of life in other places and forums. Here, today, I wanted to share with those very few of you who drop by a little something that another LJ friend shared with me. I hope you don't mind, Cool!
The Pivot Questionnaire
1. What is your favorite word?
2. What is your least favorite word?
3. What turns you on creatively, spiritually or emotionally?
4. What turns you off?
5. What is your favorite curse word?
6. What sound or noise do you love?
7. What sound or noise do you hate?
8. What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
9. What profession would you not like to do?
10. If Heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the Pearly Gates?
These 10 questions originally came from a French series, "Bouillon de Culture" hosted by Bernard Pivot.
My answers were as follows. . .
1: Utopia, in honor of the memory of my cousin.
2: cunt
3: Musical harmonies and rhythms keep me going when nothing else will.
4: Discouraging words that plant the seeds of self-doubt.
5: I'm told that I use the word shit most often. When I'm feeling playful, I like to say fuckadoodledoo :-)
6: I love the sound of water as it flows in a stream, laps against the hull of a boat, washes the edges of a shore, or crashes down in a falls. So I guess the sound of natural water flows :-)
7: I hate the sound of snoring.
8: I want to be an astronaut.
9: I would never want a career where my work profit-driven.
10: "I tried to tell you. You're lucky I'm not going to hold that whole atheist thing against you. Come on in."

It was originally my stories that brought people to my journal, I didn't even know at the beginning of writing that other's could read what I wrote. *dork me* I have some really wonderful people on my journal and they all stay in contact, I am happy. :-)
