etsy (again)
Feb. 6th, 2008 01:50 pmI finally managed to sew some more bibs for Samuel and I've posted one at Lizzypops. Since realizing it's better to post one new thing at a time, rather than all at once - to stay on top of the New Today! lists - I'm going to pace myself. Tonight I hope to post a cute pink bib for sale.
I also splurged $7 for a spot in Saturday's Children's Showcase. Maybe someone will buy, maybe not. But exposure can't be a bad thing.
I'm doing my utmost best to not grow impatient - these things take time, and I need the patience to improve my photography and grow my network, patience to let things go at their snail's pace without becoming frustrated and giving up. It's only been 2 months, after all.
My recent discovery that people will pay money for baby formula coupons has brought in a small amount of cash for me lately. It's not much, but considering the coupons were free to me, anything I receive for them is profit, free and clear. One of my auctions, for a pair of coupons worth $9, brought me $7. There's a market for everything, I suppose.
I wish I had other things to sell. I'm looking at several bags of clothing slated for charity and thinking, maybe... but probably not.
Not much else is going on - nothing worth journaling about, anyway.
