Awww geez

I'm still cranking through my data analysis. . . but I can't go any faster than the software will let me, you know?

type in a few commands.
wait 5 minutes
type in a few commands.
wait 10-40 minutes
type in a command.
look
think
type
look
think
type
look
think
type
look
think
type in a few commands.
wait 10 minutes
enter data

Repeat.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

You can't leave it alone. You can't walk away, not really. You can't even work on that image processing because the software for THAT is on the SAME COMPUTER.

*sigh*

*bangs head on desk*

ouch

I keep thinking about what happened in Riyadh. It's stupid and pointless to do so, but I wonder how much danger we were in while we were living there. I wonder if the people in the refinery/shipping town of Ras Tanura are pretty safe still because they're in a reasonably isolated community - seaside, next to a smallish town. Although I seem to recall hearing rumors of the airport being moved closer to RT, I don't remember hearing whether that ever actually happened (it used to be 45 minutes away).

Like I said, it's a pointless speculation that my imagination is just using to freak me out. I need to stop it. Try, at least.

This really bothers me, more than you or I would have expected, perhaps.

My propidium-yellowjacket-sense tells me the other computer may be ready for another set of commands, so I'd better hit "post" and run over to the other side of the room. *eye roll*

See ya!

lizzypop calm down - yes things are awful over there - no we were not in terrible danger during our time there - sentiments towards westerners was not what it is now - the decline started while we were there - (remember the comic strip - ' you're music offends us, your religion offends us, your women offend us, so do not continue to offend us, just defend us')- fyi the new airport did open the year after we left and its between jubail and rt - remember always - you are well and truly loved - mamma

I assume that have an Elizabeth somewhere in your name then.
