It's 10:30 on a Sunday

and I'm at work. Yep. Been here since 5 o'clock this evening, yes I have.

Oy.

I'm here now because of all that fun I had yesterday and all the not-fun I had being lazy and then doing yard work and laundry today and the closing and kitty-adopting I'll be doing tomorrow. I still have all that computer work and paper-editing to do, and Clay is ready to have the paper back tomorrow.

So I'm here, now.

And I see that some of my buddies are online, ready and available to chat with me, but the computer program I'm running won't allow me to chat with you over there, and my own computer is waaaaaaaaay over here.

*sigh*

*whine*

I've been so busy, I've missed you guys.

So I'll leave you with a picture of my cat, Christie, who is soon to have two new roommates, much to her chagrin. She'll be thinking much more seriously about taking that dive! :-D

it's afternoon. How was closing? got the kittens yet? do you have names? I try to let mine "pick" their own names. Bart was named for Bart Connors the gymnast - not BartholoMEW. By the way, the boil water is over. I guess the worst part is knowing that the water was bad for 24 to 48 hours before (takes the test that long to come back). There are certainly good things to be said for beer and wine
