I am sorry that you feel that way please inform lee to sent half the bill to me!!!! Hopefully this will ease your situation. As for the carelessness on my closing agent sheet which I will be happy to give to you I specifically put appraisal POC which means paid at closing.
Then you need to snark at the next folks down the closing process line because they didn't pay attention to your specific set of orders. Tell them you're getting snarked at and don't appreciate it. Or, make them pay $80 and reimburse me (that's just under 1/3). I want Lee to be paid, so I'm going to try to pay her in full if I can ASAP. If you're not responsible, make whoever is responsible take the licks instead. I, like you, just want it all behind me.
If you did what you were supposed to do, I'm glad. I'm sorry you had to take the crap for it, but you're the only one I know in the mess and ultimately, you're the one responsible in the end. Although, I'm the one responsible for paying everybody. Ugh.
Anyway, yell at whomever you please now and do whatever you feel is right. I'm going to make sure Lee gets paid after the first of the month with whatever I can scrape together. She may get the rest in October. If you can get 1/3 or 1/2 out of the title co. or agent or whomever didn't take your orders, well, have at it and you know my address! You shouldn't pay it if you did nothing wrong. I wouldn't ask you to do that and wouldn't accept it.
