Sep. 19th, 2003 08:23 amThe Council voted unanimously tonight to accept the withdrawal of the BPP PUD on condition that the petitioner gave up his rights to automatic passage if the Council did not vote against it within 60 days. So the PUD is dead. They can work on changes and resubmit it to the Plan Commission or develop a plan within the requirements of the existing zoning which will only need to be approved by the Plan Commission. We will just have to wait and see.
