Only 13 shopping days left 'til my birthday. Fair warning :-)

Good lord, I'm going to officially be in my Late Twenties (tm).

This also means that I only have 4-5 months left before my defense. What if we all get out and push. . . maybe we can slow the rotation of the Earth just a wee tad. On the count of three. . . PUSH!

No, really please, push harder. Pleeeeease!
All right, guess we're not strong enough. Everybody back on the bus.

I'm torn on the matter, actually. I'm ready to get out of here and start my life, but I'm afraid that I don't have enough time to do everything I need to do before I HAVE to get out of here and start my life. I know precisely what needs to be done, but every time I turn around there is some delay because . . . well, because shit happens.

Choose one:
(a) Migraines
(b) Delayed order shipments
(c) Bubbles in my equipment when there should be no bubbles.
(d) My students
(e) My stubborn bacteria
(f) All of the above and more

Not to mention the perpetual and paralyzing sensation of being overwhelmed by it all.

I'll make it, I know I will, but getting there is not going to be as much fun as I'd like it to be.

That being said, in 13 days, my age will be divisible by 1, 2, 4, 7, 14, and 28.
