so far, so good

I'm waiting for yet another script to finish running. So far, so good. I got the experiment started without any needle pricks, the cells are growing and the confocal microscope is functioning. I took my first sample set today - that's 36 times 4 samples, for anyone who's counting.

I'm about halfway finished with analyzing today's data, then I can start a couple of cultures and call it a day.

*Please* don't let anything go wrong this week!
