And here I post it for all of you. It's easy to say I always figured this was true, now that there's an article about it, but really I did always think RT was a huge, screaming target.

No kidding. It wasn't hard to imagine when, back in '90, they put those concrete barricades around all the public buildings in RT. . . but now the danger seems so much more immediate. Strange considering that missles were flying overhead back then.

Maybe I really was just too young to understand. I was more angry about the blackened skies and gulf waters and never thought of being afraid.
